In winter, nature is at rest. Everything has also slowed down on the farm. The autumn work - fruit harvest, cider pressing, garden pruning, etc. are done. But the animals also want to be cared for in winter. A special highlight: at least 2 times in the  week the cows come out into the open and enjoy the cold winter air.
