deposit

In order to fix your reservation, we ask you to transfer a deposit to our bank account.  As soon as we have received your reservation, you will receive an e-mail with the  account details and the exact amount. Your reservation expires if the amount is not received on our account within 10 days. Upon receipt, you will receive a booking confirmation and a payment confirmation from us.  Only then is your reservation considered a binding booking.

Final payment

You can pay the balance before your arrival or during your stay  also transfer to our account. Please only additional offers and electricity according to consumption  pay in cash on site.

ATTENTION: we cannot process card payments!

smoking

We ask that you only smoke outdoors. When you arrive, please let us know that we will set up an ashtray, which you should dispose of cold in the dustbin and clean again. Thanks a lot for this!

our prices

Our prices are  Package prices per night depending on which apartment is occupied by how many people. We would be happy to make you a personal offer. If more people are added, this is only possible by prior arrangement. Additional costs may apply.  Additional there are final cleaning, tourist tax and electricity according to consumption.  According to §18 paragraph 1 line 10 FAGG there is no 14-day right of withdrawal.

The price includes water, heating, bed linen, table linen, towels 50x100 cm, tea towels. In summer the Pyhrn-Priel AKTIV Card. Please bring personal items with you (beans for the coffee machine, handkerchiefs, serviettes, make-up pads, toilet paper, kitchen roll, groceries, toiletries  ...)

Extended check out

Check out no later than 9  Clock!  Would you like to stay longer?

Depending on availability, only possible by arrangement(!), we are happy to offer you  offers a cost-effective, extended check-out. Each additional  We charge € 10.00 per hour. From 6 p.m. the following night will be charged in full at the offered holiday apartment price. - Please make an appointment!

waste sorting

Please do not dispose of anything in the toilet, especially pads, tampons and wet wipes!  In your holiday apartment you will find a list of how we separate and dispose of waste. Our fully biological constructed wetland says THANK YOU!
